I help businesses understand how technology can benefit them, and how to achieve business outcomes through the correct strategy, processes and solutions, all in the HR space.

I’m currently the Managing Director of Rolling Arrays Singapore, and we have been supporting customers in the Southeast Asia Region and beyond on their HR Transformation and Technology Adoption journey.

I enjoy spending my time reading and staying abreast about technology, psychology and business, and occasionally sharing my own views.
